ALSD Administration Principals, Department Director, Central Office Only
ALSD Booster Organization

Any ALSD recognized Booster Organization (PTA, Band, etc) that operates under a 501c3.

This is for any non-athletic facility rental.  Athletic rentals please see Athletic Group Classification.
ALSD Employee Austintown Local School District Staff Members
Athletics Group A School groups participating in co-curricular activities, Board of Education approved events, Local safety services 
Examples: Interscholastic athletics, board recognized clubs related to curricular activities, board of education approved booster groups conducting board approved events, school-sponsored community education programs, police, and fire. 
Athletics Group B Non-profit groups whose activities are student-related within Austintown Community
Examples: School recognized booster/support groups, Austintown community team (100% Austintown students) AAU and recreational programs, etc. This includes any group/organization that charges a registration or admittance fee.
Athletics Group C Broad interest, non-profit community groups whose benefits go to charity, community projects, operational costs, etc.
Examples: AAU or recreational program that is not 100% Austintown Community participants that charge a registration or admittance fee.
Athletics Group D Organized community groups, benefits going to the organization or individual 
Examples: Profit community, business/industry, recreational programs for adults, non-community business, adult organizations, private or parochial schools
Public Rental W/ Admission Fee Any public organization, group or individual desiring to rent any available ALSD non-athletic facility that is charging an admission fee.
Public Rental w/o Admission Fee Any public organization, group or individual desiring to rent any available ALSD non- athletic facility that is NOT charging an admission fee

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club, etc), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
